The ProMax fitness studio is divided into three sections
Section one includes the reception, meeting room, and office.
Section two is dedicated to cardiovascular exercising, diet, nutrition, body composition, and intellectual activities such as open book sessions, brain fitness games, and documentary film screenings.
Section three dedicated for free weights, functional training, fitness assessment and exercise space.
ProMax Personal training studio is a small facility that specializes in one-on-one and small-group training. It provides their members to workout with a trainer, and it is open by appointment only. Members who exercise at ProMax enjoy the privacy and attention they receive.
